Description
Suzanne Budd is a Canadian born abstract painter based in Los Angeles. She considers herself extremely fortunate to have had Richard Diebenkorn as her first painting instructor. Budd has been painting abstractly for several decades allowing each painting to evolve as she responds intuitively to each mark, color and shape. Building up layer upon layer, sanding back into the work so that the history can show and then building on top of the previous layer always seeking harmony and balance.
Proceeds to benefit the Los Angeles Artist Association, Los Angeles, CA
