Description
Lynne McDaniel is a Los Angeles based artist whose work uses the landscape to explore current events and examine the relationship between humans and their environment. She has exhibited extensively and her work is in numerous corporate and private collections in the US and Europe. She has been written up in the Los Angeles Times, Artillary Magazine, Riot Material, the Pasadena Star News, and the Huffington Post. McDaniel has been awarded the Dohrn Zachai Fellowship, a Hemera Foundation fellowship, a Vermont Studio Center fellowship, the Jane Friend Award and was a 2015 finalist for the Williams Prize in drawing.
