Angela Bryant joined Moran’s team in 2020.
As part of Moran’s Trusts and Estates Department, Angela works closely with her team to prepare, coordinate and meet the ever-changing demands of the estate and appraisal business. Angela also serves to bring fresh eyes to incoming property and writes many of the essays on art and artists that enter our catalogues and grace our website pages.
Angela’s more than 10 years of gallery experience, enabled her to exhibit over 100 artists and curate more than 40 exhibitions. With a Masters in Fine Art in Painting and Drawing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her first art gallery experience started with an internship and steadily progressed from art handler to artist liaison and eventually became Director of Exhibitions. Since then, Angela has served as an adjunct professor, guest lecturer, juror, and panelist at multiple institutions.
As an active and awarded artist, Angela has exhibited in multiple locations and is the recipient of several awards and honors including the Presidential Scholarship Award at SAIC, the Archibald Motley Award for Ragdale Artist Colony, and the Non-Representational Award for the 36th Annual Beverly Art Center Competition.
When not at work or practicing her art, Angela can be found scouring the Southland with her “whoseband” and two young children for the perfect family adventure. Recommendations welcome.
